Deposit and bottle return

For returnable bottles we charge a deposit of €0.08 per bottle. The deposit is shown separately on the product and in the cart ("plus … deposit") and is included in the total.

AFROSODA: return in stores

AFROSODA bottles are returnable bottles that you can return at most beverage stores and supermarkets that accept empties. You get the deposit back there directly.

DJUDJU: send back to us

DJUDJU bottles are not accepted in stores. Please send them back to us:

  • Only empty DJUDJU bottles, packed so they cannot break.
  • Please enclose your order number or your name and email address.
  • You bear the cost of the return shipment.
  • After receipt we refund €0.08 per undamaged DJUDJU bottle within 14 days, via the payment method of your order or by bank transfer.

Deposit on withdrawal

If you withdraw from your contract, we refund the deposit together with the purchase price. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.
